Wessex Residential Highrise

Spectrum Painting was engaged to complete a total exterior building remediation on the Wessex residential high-rise in Vancouver. The scope encompassed full envelope restoration including waterproof membrane coatings to re-sloped balcony decks, complete caulking and backer rod replacement, stucco repair, and silicone-based elastomeric coating to all exterior concrete and stucco wall surfaces. All exterior steel components and select aluminum window frames were also repainted. The project was completed within a demanding four-month schedule.
