Grand Villa Hotel and Casino

Spectrum Painting was engaged to complete an extensive interior painting and finishing scope for the Grand Villa Hotel and Casino in Burnaby, encompassing both the casino facility and the attached hotel. The casino scope included a wide range of specialty finishes — faux marbling, textured plaster walls, and the installation of over a dozen distinct wallcovering types featuring complex designs and patterns, including technically demanding installations on trapezoid ceiling surfaces. Following successful delivery of the casino scope, Spectrum was directly contracted by the client to carry out a complete repaint and wallcovering refresh of the attached hotel, which was delivered on time and on budget.
