BCIT Gateway

Spectrum Painting was engaged to complete the full interior and exterior painting and finishing scope for the BCIT Gateway building in Burnaby — a unique new construction project built within the envelope of two existing structures on campus. The work spanned a broad range of substrates and finishes, including stained and finished glulam beams, painted metal deck ceilings, and complete drywall finishing throughout. All interior and exterior steel components were painted, and the entire project was executed to LEED standards using low-VOC products.
