Project Overview

Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged by Westpro to deliver industrial coating and finishing scopes across multiple Canada Line stations — Oakridge–41st Avenue, Langara–49th Avenue, and King Edward Station — as part of new construction works. The program required surface preparation and coating of structural and architectural elements, installation of resinous flooring systems in designated areas, and final detailing, all delivered within an active multi-trade construction environment. Because each station progressed at a different pace, Spectrum applied structured planning, phased execution, and proactive coordination with the construction team to manage manpower, sequencing, and consistent quality across every site. The project reinforces Spectrum’s ability to scale execution across simultaneous infrastructure sites while maintaining disciplined, standards-driven results.
