Chances Maple Ridge Casino

Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged by Capo Construction to complete the interior painting and wallcovering scope for the Chances Casino project in Maple Ridge, a 60,000 sq. ft. newly constructed gaming facility operated by Great Canadian Entertainment. The work spanned high-traffic gaming, dining, and support areas, requiring detailed finishing across a variety of substrates and tight coordination with other interior trades in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Spectrum delivered consistent, high-quality finishes that met the aesthetic and performance standards expected of a customer-facing entertainment venue, completing all work to project specifications and passing third-party MPDA inspections.

Scope

• Preparation and painting of interior surfaces across multiple substrates
• Supply and installation of wallcovering systems throughout designated areas
