LNG Canada — Workforce Accommodation Structures & Support Buildings (Cedar Valley Lodge)

Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged to deliver commercial and industrial coating scopes across Cedar Valley Lodge, a large-scale workforce accommodation facility built to support the LNG Canada project in Kitimat, BC. Comprising multiple buildings and support amenities designed to house a significant workforce in a remote environment, the project demanded consistent, repeatable execution across every structure. The scope combined architectural coating systems in common and service areas with large-scale industrial protective coatings on structural and service-related elements requiring enhanced durability and long-term performance. Working alongside multiple trades across concurrent work fronts, Spectrum completed all work in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements, delivering consistent quality, performance, and durability across the facility.
