Project Overview

Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged across multiple Millennium Line SkyTrain station projects to deliver industrial coating services, surface preparation, quality control support, and resinous flooring installations as part of new construction works. The multi-site nature of the program required disciplined coordination, consistent standards across simultaneously active stations, and strict adherence to industrial preparation and environmental controls within a live transit infrastructure environment. All work was performed in close coordination with multiple General Contractors and trades, with dedicated supervision and structured QC processes ensuring uniform quality across every location. The project reinforces Spectrum’s ability to scale industrial coating and flooring delivery on major transportation infrastructure programs while maintaining standards-driven, controlled execution.
