North Vancouver BC
Project Overview
Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged by PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. to deliver the early works coating scope at the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant, a major civil infrastructure project in North Vancouver. The work included high-performance resinous floor coating systems in service rooms and touch-up and repair coatings to site-erected structural steel and shop-coated, fireproofed steel elements. Executed during early-phase construction with portions completed prior to full building enclosure, the project demanded strict control of substrate, moisture, and environmental conditions alongside close coordination with concurrent trade activity. Spectrum delivered the scope under a project-specific Inspection and Test Plan aligned with AMPP standards, ensuring every stage met specification and manufacturer requirements before proceeding.
