Project Overview

Spectrum Painting was engaged to complete the full interior and exterior painting and finishing scope for Patina, a brand new 42-storey residential tower in Vancouver. The project encompassed premium suite finishes across all residential floors including two penthouse levels, specialty metallic coatings to elevator doors and frames, and a complete wallcovering installation throughout all corridors. Exterior scope included elastomeric wall coatings and pedestrian traffic coatings applied to all balcony decks and eyebrows.
