Project Overview

Spectrum Painting was engaged to complete interior and exterior restoration finishing for the Robert Lee YMCA facility, delivering a full renewal of the building inside and out. The interior pool environment presented a technically demanding scope, with water-based epoxy coatings applied to metal decking and concrete soffits, and aliphatic polyurethane coatings applied to stainless steel ductwork to withstand the corrosive chlorine atmosphere above the pool.
