Project Overview
Spectrum Painting & Restorations Ltd. was engaged to complete interior painting, specialty finishes, steel coatings, and wood finishing within the TELUS Garden Office Tower, a landmark ~460,000 sq. ft. commercial office building spanning 24 floors as part of a large-scale, mixed-use development in downtown Vancouver. The multi-substrate scope spanned drywall, exposed architectural steel, and select wood components, each requiring distinct preparation methods, application techniques, and quality standards. Through structured floor-by-floor execution and close coordination with ICON Construction, Spectrum delivered consistent, premium finishes across all areas while meeting a fast-paced commercial schedule. All work was independently verified by a third-party MPDA inspector, confirming it met the elevated quality expectations of a premium office development.
